Are you planning a museum outing with your group ? Housed in a former medieval convent, the Musée des Augustins, Toulouse’s fine arts museum, is ready and waiting to dazzle you. Associations, companies, public institutions, academic institutions, travel agencies and private groups are all welcome. You can take advantage of a lower admission fee for groups of 11 and more. Opt for either a self-guided tour or a museum guide: select the itinerary that suits you best from the options available.
Guided tours at the Musée des Augustins
The museum offers several theme-based guided tours for private groups and tourist groups, to help you explore the wealth of our collections of paintings and sculptures.

Guided tours last for 1 hour
Price : €50 for guided tours in French / €60 for guided tours in another language + museum admission for groups of up to 25.
Self-guided tours
The museum welcomes groups who prefer to visit the museum without a guide. Group leaders have access to a host of mediation and online resources to help them plan their visit. Explore the fine arts museum at your own pace !
Price : €3 per person for groups of 11 and more.

Book your group visit
All groups have to book in advance. To make sure your visit is as enjoyable as possible, we suggest you send us your booking request as early as you can (at least 3 weeks before the date of your visit). You can also send us any questions you have via the contact form at the bottom of the page.
To help us manage your booking, please provide all the following information in the body of the message :
- Name and theme of your selected activity
- Date and time you’d like to visit
- Number of participants (including those accompanying the group)
- Preferred payment method (cash, bank card, cheque, bank transfer)
- Any special requests
Since the museum reopened, we have been receiving lots of requests. We have set up a triage system based on the requested date of visit. As a result, we may not send you a reply straight away. Don’t worry, we have received your request and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can.
This form is only for private groups and higher education groups (associations, companies, tourist groups, universities, vocational sixth-form colleges, etc.). For school groups*, please go to the page on the museum’s educational options.
